Default Norvel .074 cylinder removal

How do you remove this? Tried heating in the oven like my other engines. Cylinder screws are out. Whats next?

With the back plate removed you can give it a soak in engine fuel would be a simple
step another option is radiator fluid.

What problem do you have, is the piston stuck in the liner or the liner is stuck in the crankcase?
